Design & Prototyping Lead

Robert Lamb

Robert is a multidisciplinary designer with over 15 years of experience spanning graphic design, UI/UX and visual identity. He has led cross-industry projects for brands including Siemens Healthcare, Ford and Starbucks.

With more than a decade as a design consultant, Robert works at the intersection of strategy, innovation and user experience. He brings together design disciplines across sectors such as technology, transport and retail - translating ideas into thoughtful, functional solutions.

Robert integrates speculative prototyping and early-stage user engagement into his process, treating prototypes as mirrors: tools that reveal not only how products may be used, but also how they might be misused, misunderstood or repurposed. This approach surfaces risks early and supports more responsible, resilient innovation.
